Product & Delivery — Toronto, ON

I ship technology people actually adopt.

MMAI candidate at the Schulich School of Business with three years of experience driving end-to-end data migrations, analytics dashboards, and training programs. I build with a user-first philosophy: a successful deployment isn't defined by flipping a switch, but by the tangible, positive impact it has on the teams adopting it.

3+Years

Delivering tech projects

Scoping to close, across migrations, analytics and training programs.

60+Users

Served through migrations and support

A national non-profit's whole workforce, supported end to end.

0Downtime

Or disruption on major cutovers

Cloud phones and file migrations that went live without a single hour lost.

3Cohorts

Trained in applied AI

MBA, MBAN and MMAI students, most of them non-technical.

Different users, same job: find where the work actually breaks for them, then ship the smallest thing that fixes it.

Selected work

Each one started with a group that was stuck. The stack is listed last, on purpose.

MIRROR SHADOW

Solo · Live product

The Wealth Path: 2045

A financial-literacy simulator. Set a goal, timeline, salary and risk style, then play year by year from age 22 to 45 through life decisions, market shocks and wildcards. A mirror-vs-shadow view replays the choice you didn't make.

Built for
Young adults in Canada and the US making their first serious money decisions — and the educators trying to teach them.
What changes for them
Twenty years of compounding, debt and market risk become something you can feel in ten minutes, with plain-English coaching on every choice.

HOME FEATURES SALE PRICE

Team of four · Data science

Ames housing price model

A regression study on roughly 2,900 Iowa home sales described by 80 features. We cleaned missing values, engineered size and quality features, then compared linear, regularised and tree-based models on cross-validated error.

Built for
Buyers, agents and appraisers who need a price they can defend rather than a gut feel.
What changes for them
The model names which features move the price and by how much, so a valuation becomes a conversation about evidence instead of opinion.

E T POSTGRES EXTRACT · TRANSFORM

Team of four · Data engineering

Weather API ingestion pipeline

A daily ETL pipeline that pulls current weather for 15 Canadian postal codes from OpenWeather, flattens the nested JSON response, and loads it into PostgreSQL with a composite primary key so reruns can't create duplicates. Built with three MMAI teammates.

Built for
Anyone who needs a running weather history instead of a single snapshot — a table a dashboard or forecast model can query without re-pulling the API.
What changes for them
A cron job does the pulling; the table just grows, one clean row per location per day, with no manual dedup.

How I work

Adoption is the deliverable

The same four moves, whether it's a phone system for sixty people or a workshop for a room of MBAs.

01 — Find

Go where it breaks

Assess the systems, then sit with the people using them. At CCIB that produced a prioritised remediation roadmap leadership actually adopted.

02 — Cut

Shrink the scope

Six workshop topics became three after faculty review, because completion matters more than coverage. Saying no is most of the job.

03 — Ship

Plan the cutover

Requirements from every stakeholder group, UAT coordinated, rollback ready. A 60-user VoIP migration went live with zero downtime.

04 — Measure

Watch real usage

Microsoft 365 usage data in Power BI showed where adoption stalled, which set the agenda for the training that followed.
